ATS General Contracting & Heating Air Condition Services, LLC was established by Andre Spriggs in 2016 after completing 33 years of service in Fire & EMS with Maryland (MD) and the District of Columbia (DC).

Andre developed his skills and love for repairing and remodeling homes starting at the tender age of 12 from his father. His dad taught him the trade and used him as his helper for many years until God called him home in 2013. Andre always knew he wanted to continue to practice this trade, but he also had another passion and desire to be a firefighter/paramedic.

Andre began his career in the MD Fire & EMS in 1981, transitioned to the DC Fire & EMS in 1986, and retired as the Battalion Fire Chief of Emergency Medical Services in 2015. Immediately following his retirement, Andre knew this was the time for him to do what his dad taught him in field of home repair and remodeling.

Since the inception of ATS General Contracting & Heating Air Condition Services, LLC, Andre and his team of professionals has earned a reputation for quality, commitment, and excellence in this industry. Through the combined efforts of our team, homeowners, businesses, property managers, and associations, ATS has constructed and completed a wide range of projects in the DMV communities.
